This is the method:  

1. Personal intake interview (free of charge)

2. Submit a quote

3. Presentation mood board and spot plan for layout (including one round of adaptation)

4. Presentation layout and proposal materials and colors (including one round of adaptation)

5. Presentation details layout and materials and colors and, if applicable, layout plan (furniture). Optional  are i.a. lighting plan, kitchen and bathroom design, drawings for custom furniture or a 3D elaboration of the design.

6. If desired, check ups during realization

New construction home

With a new-build home, you will soon have to deal with buyer options after the purchase. Choices about the number of rooms,  electricity  and lighting points, down pipes for additional  toilets or bathrooms, etc.  To be able to make the right choices, it is of  interest  that you already have the desired layout clear at that moment. Involve us so early  possible  in the process, so that we have enough time to help you realize your ideal home.

Cost of complete interior advice

The costs of a complete advice depend on the size of the assignment, from €1295 incl. VAT. We are happy to make a suitable proposal for you.

Mentioned prices include 21% VAT and exclude parking costs in city centers when visiting home. Travel costs up to 30 km will not be  calculated, above that 0.19 cents per kilometer. ​
